  Landed in Auckland and phoned Hireace, the girl on the phone was rude, then phoned flyway shuttle, couldn’t understand the driver or hear him due to the loud music in the background. Picked the vehicle up which was not very clean but ran really well and was reliable. Dropped vehicle off on time and full of fuel. Not even a week later I receive a receipt from Hireace including a fuel charge of $72. After emailing and then receiving a phone call from Michael at Hireace, I was refunded $100 for the inconvenience. This goes a long way in my books when companies are honest about mistakes and are willing to listen and take on board negative feed back, thank you Hireace. What could have been a low review turned into a fair one.

  Awesome customer service, efficient and quick. Booked through the phone and got it picked up within 2 hours very satisfied and will surely use them again in the future :) great work
