  Excellent customer service when I returned two items that were the incorrect size. Went the extra distance to sort out receipts - at 5pm when they would probably were thinking of heading home.

  I hope Jason Smith will look at the comments here. H&J Smith was started here in Invercargill but properly also ended here. Your staff are the rudest people I ever met in Invercargill, they work slow and they don't care about their sale target. They only insist to close their shop even they created their own mistake. I am sorry for this family store established 100 years ago.

  Copper Kettles prices have gone up a bit for what it is! I think they are carrying too many staff. Good xmas shopping and xmas uniforms in the store though!
