  I like their salads, but I don't like that they put food on the counter prior to closing and sell at a lower price. Chicken and other meat dishes should be kept refrigerated.

  Service has been most disappointing. Since the departure of the free muffin with my coffee and I am regrettably forced to take my business to the other nearby cafe (who makes significantly better coffee and muffins). Not to mention the inability to provide a receipt for a customer I saw in the Japanese section today (Kagura). RIP Hollywood Bakery - Ellerslie :'(

  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Rude staff, appalling service, pretty poor food. Lot's of options around, so I WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE A RASH!!!
