::Hoopers is an excellent vape supply shop. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a large range of starter kits, customizable mods, and juice (oil) flavors. The shop is rather inviting and you are welcome to sit down and enjoy a cold drink or cup of coffee, and have a vape here. I felt well looked after when I last visited.
