  I don't like writing negative reviews. However as a medical service, I found your staff at reception super unfriendly. People come to you for major medical issues, you need friendly staff.

  Unfriendly staff and a very unprofessional experience. Patients are given very little privacy and staff seem to have little knowledge and do not communicate.

  Completely unpleasant experience involving a radiologist who gave me information that was both unprofessional and incorrect that took an enormous emotional toll until my GP told me otherwise. Radiologist I dealt with seemed rushed and left the building before I did. Will avoid if possible.

  Staff are not friendly and welcoming. They treat you like a number. Had my 12th week scan 2 weeks ago and they did not send it to Canterbury Laboratory for the screening which they have charged us for. Really bad experience. Been here 3 times.
