  If you are familiar with the Bikram yoga sequence, I highly recommend the 90 min silent Bikram class. It was a revelation. This centre is fiendly and bright. The timetable is a bit limiting, but I love practicing here when I'm in Invercargill.

  Warm & Inviting atmosphere, I have attended several Yin Yoga classes, really lovely to have the residual warmth to help relax muscles and tissue. It's great community and the studio is in a handy location. easy

  Excellent class & teacher. Brand new upmarket premise. Clean & welcoming. Good changing rooms with showers and toilet. Everything you want and expect from a Hot Yoga experience. I'm hooked on my first visit here....I will definitely be bringing my friends. Also it's easy to find on a main street there was plenty of carparks ...Cheers & good luck
