::My mother got flights to the Netherlands through House of Travel Tauranga thinking that using a Travel Agent would make things easier than booking it herself online, only after she purchased the flights she found she had to get a Visa in LA and check out, get her luggage and check back in. They did not tell her this when they sold her the trip. So after her 12 hour first flight she spent 2 hours waiting in line to get out of customs and then an hour to check back in, thankfully she made her next flight. Not nice when you have just spent 12 hours in a plane and your not a young person anymore. Not impressed.
