::Poor service. I do not wish to go into any detail of my bad experiences here but I find this Post Shop to have some of the poorest customer service in NZ. Of course, its not everyone but definitely the management. I feel like I am dealing with a communist system and that is not good. Please improve your standards, just because your a Government organisation that does not give an excuse for poor standards or lack of knowledge regarding information for postal services.
