  Thanks Nav, we pushed you hard on price and you were very patient, reassuring and explained rightly so why the price was right (wife is a ball beaker). We are very happy with our new (used) Kia Cerato. This was the right car for us and the service provided was excellent.

  I have been extremely unhappy with the poor service I have received. I understand when dealing with mechanical items, things do go wrong, however when you ask for something to get sorted, which doesn't happen and then get told the service manager will call you back and doesn't??? I have also been billed 3 times for a service and each time explain that I purchased a service plan with the vehicle. Not Good enough

  Big thanks to Nav for helping sort out my new ix35. Having my husband, parents, uncle and even my kids crawling all over the yard must of been interesting. A good experience thank you for keeping it simple.
