  Nice staff very helpful. Small minimal rooms. If you like space book the big sister Novotel next door. Bar food and breakfast were great.

  Great Hotel. Easy to find and very central. Staff are amazing and always helpful. Rooms are a bit small but all you need. Would recommend to anyone.

  Don't take the "upgrade" option for the king-size bed, with one side severely worn out. You'll find it's two singles zipped together. We entered our room to find wet towels on the floor, shower head was broken and the sinks plug was also broken. Clearly no attention made to the rooms between guests. The gaps under the doors are also high enough to let in light and most of the noise from the hall and elevator. Parking is extra and not included in your stay, which isn't advertised until you park. The staff liked to argue when presented with issue on top of all this. Honestly, Drive the extra 10 minutes to the waipuna hotel and Confrence centre and stay there.

  Very nice rooms, albeit sightly small. Feels very modern, and everything worked great (breakfast was awesome too). Only complaint is that the outlets are all on one side of the room, which makes things somewhat difficult if you're on the other side.
