::Great location, facilities are not trendy but well maintained. Heat pump/air condition has individual control system and operates quiet. Hotel offers shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Breakfast buffet is Mercure/Grand Mercure quality I would say. Breakfast buffet service team provides warm welcoming service. All services were worth for the money I paid. Tip. Take your own slippers (Most of NZ 3~4★ hotels do not provide slippers).

::Hotel is good. Staff is great. BUT, THERE IS NO POWER SOCKET NEXT TO ANY OF THE BEDS IN MY ROOM!! What is this? 1980?

::Very happy with the room. Being an Ibis it is cheaper accommodation and for the money I think you actually get more than you pay for. My 1:00am check-in went like clockwork. Staff were expecting me and I was greeted by name. He was super friendly and efficient as well. The room is small but very clean and well maintained. Bed is a king and very comfortable. I’d definitely be staying here again on my next visit.
