  The room was fine, clean... the cleaners and junior reception staff were friendly and very helpful... however there was no wifi provided and the customer service representative (an older man) was condescendingly dismissive of my suggestion that free wifi is now the norm and certainly a differentiating factor for many travellers.

  Good accommodation. Sink in bathroom very slow to empty. TV in rooms limited. Only sport 1 and 2. We wanted Sky Sport 3 to catch up with the cricket. No brandy!!!! at the bar for an evening relaxing after dinner. (Both Sky3 and brandy was available at Novotel next door, but did not want to walk back there again). Reception and restaurant staff were great

  Room was nice, hence the 2 stars, but me and my friends almost got charged for breakfast when we were told it was free. Also no free wifi unless you talk to the front desk.

  Good clean rooms. Friendly professional staff. Good service. Convenient location.

  Great location. Got choice of river front or city view rooms. 24 hour room service. Very well mannered front of the house staff. Impressing service.
