  The first man I dropped the phone off with was so lovely. They did a good job of a diagnostic on the phone to identify the problem. Unfortunately the man who was working the day I picked the phone up was VERY rude and was reluctant to answer my very basic questions. Will NOT be going there again and sadly they may have lost business because I have two friends who also wanted phones fixed and were waiting for my recommendation. Customer service sometimes is just as important as the service you provide.

  These guys are polite and efficient. Had a charging problem with my phone, and they had it fixed for me in less than 15 minutes. Highly recomend!

  These guys are legends... got quoted a really good price elsewhere but then that company messed me around and were about to turn my s7 edge from silver to gold... and they said it would take 5 days... yes they were cheaper but they also neglected to tell me that my phone backing would need to be replaced which would have caried a hidden cost. Thankfully the friendly guys at icell (phone zone) said no problem i can fix it same day. And were 100% upfront and honest. I had no surprises. My phone works and looks like new. Once again. Thank you, you guys rock!
