  I would say this is one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my 20 years of operating a hospitality company. I went in today to purchase 30 table tops 30 table bases and roughly 100 chairs for a new business. I wanted to view and check stock of the items, table tops were not on display and I was told “the warehouse is too busy” then I asked to check stock levels I was told “the warehouse not answering the phone, just go look around the store and I will find you in awhile when they answer” I went to find someone to help me and was told “we are too busy, no one knows what’s going on” at that point I gave up and walked out. I wonder how many other people do this? Anyway no biggie there are plenty of importers and suppliers for me to buy from, in the past I have previously purchased large quantities of furniture both commercial and residential from ifurnture, I will not be returning. Unhelpful, unprofessional and incredibly disorganized.

  I bought some office furniture from ifurniture and was very happy with the price and service. I was really surprised as I paid almost double for similar quality at another furniture store. Will recommend this to anyone looking for office furniture.

  I am over the moon with ifurniture as I have just bought myself a brand new couch today. Not forgetting their AWESOME customer service. I can understand why its busy (many varieties of furnitures to choose from, its amazing!!) because there is so much to look at and help is always there. I am very pleased with their service too. This customer is for sure coming back to buy from ifurniture. Simply am a HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!

  probably the best furniture store in auckland . As compare to the price. Although it was a very busy on boxing day but had some good deals . I was served by manager of the store itself- jack.I bought bedroom set for my new house from him.I had a good shopping experience .More likely to come back to buy stuff for my living room. 👍🏻

  I'm really happy with the couch and the coffee table I bought today from ifurniture. Also, it's very busy here and although the one I wanted was out of stock, they had a few others that were similar. Plus, GREAT SERVICE by Scarlett, shes a star! Thanks sis!! I'm returning to buy more from here. Thank you ifurniture!!
