  This is the 2 nd time I have received terrible service. Took my car for a half hour WOF that went on for an hour twenty!!!! When I let the receptionist know I was not happy about it and that I would not come back’ she replied,’ no worries ‘!! Will never go there again!!!!

  I went there today as I had leaking battery in my 3 year old Camry, got given a coffee and 20 minutes later drove out with a new battery and all cleaned up and no charge. The whole experience was so good and everyone so nice.

  Every time i visit whether an issue or with a friend they have been up neat and positive and that all you want some one who is positive and can help you solve your issue 5/5

  Excellent Service. I approached the Parts department this morning looking to buy a replacement battery for my JDM Lexus. Sean from the Parts Department was helpful to suggest that I brought in the car to ensure the battery was the right part. Once I brought in the car, I was helped by Aaron who went the extra mile of not only pointing out the battery issue but also the bad battery connector in my car. Since I was in a hurry and had to be somewhere else in an hour, he personally followed through the entire process of replacing the battery and the connector while I waited. I am very impressed with the speed and efficiency with which Aaron resolve the issues. Also, the excellent efforts by Sean from the parts department and workshop team who worked hand in hand to solve the issue timely, juggling between their break time and this ad-hoc job. Excellent effort and teamwork!!!
