::I have been visiting Illusions since 1995 and have found the salon to have a warm friendly atmosphere. I love the way I am greeted with a warm herbal tea before my facial or massage. I have recommended alot of my friends to Illusions over the years and they have been very impressed with the service. ::Customer service over the phone was rude and very disrespectful. NO respect for their customers or try to make them feel like they are trying to help at all. I understand that they are busy but for them to be a professional, they should keep their cool and try to make amends. I bought two vouchers as a gift for hot stone massage experience and called them up straight away to book an appointment and they said there was none available for months. I couldn't make any bookings without them suggesting an available date and when I called up a month before it expires, they said there's none available until the day after it expires, I asked them if they are still willing to take it and she said Yes. Asked if they couldn't make it, if they could change the date, she said it was fine and when i called up the following day to change it, another lady picked up and said they don't accept it and it wasn't their problem that there was no available booking, even though I tried to make the effort to book with them. This would be the first and last time they will be used by us and they should train their staffs properly to talk to their customer with respect as well as be on the same page! Not one person tells one story and the other a different. This is unacceptable as a professional - they should be of higher standards, not declaring that it isn't their problem. They should be talking in a professional manner!
