  Excellent service and very helpful. I have experienced similar services from around the world and IRD is definitely one of the best ones.

  Phone service rubbish. Automated voice service is unhelpful and frustrating. Customer service is poor with unskilled, untrained staff who are about as helpful and informative as the automated voice service. For a public service their idea and implementation of service is far below expectation and what the tax payer expect.
