  As dull and uninviting as an IRD office can be. Somehow reminds me of queues and beuracracy in the UK. Not a happy place.

  Cannot visit when you don't make an appointment. If you want to apply for IRD number, then apply online or bring your requirements to AA. AA staff are really friendly and helpful.

  Their office is closed until you make an appointment with them, but you can only contact them after 4pm. As backwards as it gets.
