  ive been on hold for 1.30hrs now and all i wanted was to ask a question that would probably take them a min to answer i hate that there is never anyone to just answer the phone!! every time i ring they say there will be a 40min wait but u wait up to 2hrs??? come on its a joke?

  These people need to be reasonably and listen to what we have to say because half of them ask for too much money and take all our money out of our bank accounts and we do not have any left for our rent to pay

  I get an email then I can't log in online or get hold of the company even though the website says office is open today 9-4 very frustrating
