::You need more call center staff. I have letters in My IRD telling me really important things but I had no contact or physical letters, just notes sitting in my IRD waiting for the day I just happen to check it. I need to talk to someone about it but my call can't be connected and you don't even have a call back system. Very frustrating and unhelpful.

::Excellent customer service. I went online to apply for IRD, and the details are unclear. Which we went to the office. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Clearly explained what we have to do.

::I think they need more staff and also they send me emails about contacting them because I haven’t filed a IR3 even though I have already done that and received my refund....also takes a long time to get your donations tax...they need a more efficient system. Or more training for the staff...but I don’t know the ins and outs as I don’t know what they do I’m sure there is probably a reason.
