  DO NOT BOOK AT THIS APARTMENT. I booked a room fot the Sat. night of Waitangi weekend three months previously. When I arrived after a 3 hour drive, I rang the listed phone number, only to be told there was not a room available. The Asian man I spoke to, said he had emailed me the previous day to inform me. When asked what the issue was, all he could say was " MISTAKE" and when asked why he left it so late to email he had no response. VERY INCONVENIENT. DONT PUT YOURSELF IN THIS PREDICAMENT.
