  We had a small flood from our toilet basin, I called Jae carpet cleaning and Phil answered. He told me he couldn't come until 4pm. But rang back later and told us he had a cancellation and could be here by 10am. He came on time and was very helpful to us, and old couple who needed some help with the furniture. He was so polite and thoroughly nice young man. I would recommend Jae to anyone. (He even left a blowing machine to dry out the carpet.) Especially Phil from the Wairarapa branch. Carol Kent.
