  Suoer disappointing experience. The young lady that served me was really nice (one positive) Smoothie ordered took 26mins to make but shop was not busy & a number of staff appeared to not be doing much. Tables were uncleared, myself and 2 other (Who had been seated much long than me) had to request old food/drinks from previous be removed.

  Spoke about my coffee. (Long Black). I wasn't happy about its blend. It was too light for me. Upon approaching waitress I found out that there were other blends. No offer was forthcoming from the waitress to change the coffee I had. I would have paid extra, if needed. Left extremely disappointed.
