  Rubbish service. I wanted a small job done... it took longer than it should have, there is nowhere to sit while waiting. I was greeted eventually... at the service desk, the receptionist was not friendly. The young guy that finally did the job was rude when I asked about matching oppositions pricing. They definitely DON'T match price with competition and I was charged $3 extra per cut over another companies quote. When I went to pay I had a cash amount and the rest had to go on EFTPOS which the guy actually complained about - saying it would be easier for him if I could do it all on the card... Wow. I work in retail, the customer IS always right. I don't recommend them at all.The only reason I went there in the first place is because they had a car park outside.

  Friendly, fast and well priced. For our Toyota key they used a computerised machine that decoded the old key and generated a 'factory new' key rather than duplicating the worn key. Took only a couple of minutes.
