  Great design and build homes as well as house and land packages. Good value with very competitive pricing, excellent customer service and communication.

  These people are the most ignorant people I have ever met. The builders who work for them are noisy, messy and some of their work is substandard. I have been trying to reach them for weeks. They say they will call you back when you phone them but they dont. They say they will send someone over to discuse your compalint but they dont. They give you a date for your house to be finished and you're still waiting to move in well after that date becuase your house is nowhere near finished. There are numerous days when there is no work men at all working on your build. Be very aware before considering Jennian homes to build your house. I would give no stars at all but I have to give at least one to be able to post.
