  We didnt realise you had to book appointments at Jessica Bridal, but this one busy Saturday Jeanette was very understanding and let us into their showroom as a kind gesture, a "quick look" that turned into a 1hr session then eventually my beautiful wedding dress the same day!! From the moment I walked in, we were treated like royalty... they were helpful, friendly, happy and walked me to my perfect dress as described. We got an excellent price and they were able to work to a tight time frame with immaculate alterations. Irene is very skilled with her hands and has some great ideas, but at the same time theyre so conscious of making the dress exactly as the bride wants it. My dress turned out even better than Id ever expected, and I credit Jessica Bridal for their beautiful range, great prices, excellent alterations and understanding from day dot. Ive a number of friends who have also had similar experiences with Jessica Bridal and I would be very glad to recommend them!

  They were great! I had my dress designed by Jessica. We had to go in about 4 or 5 times and every time they were helpful. I looked forward to each appointment!! I so loved my dress ❤️❤️❤️ and Jessica and the team were incredible each time.

  The ladies here are excellent at what they do. They usually allow 2 people plus the bride but were super accommodating for our group of 4. Amazing collection of dresses.

  I was shocked at how bad this place was after being recommended it. The lady kept pointing out the complete opposite styles of the dress I had described I wanted to look at. Then someone else took over but which improved a little but dresses were nothing special for the price and the service certainly was not worth the $50 we had to pay. I've had much better experiences at places where you do not have to pay to try on the dresses.

  I had a great experience at Jessica Bridal - from helping me choose my dress, to getting it adjusted and finally fitted. They also made a lovely hairpiece to match my dress. I always found the staff to be friendly, professional and accommodating. Thanks so much to the whole team!
