::I had a very weird experience here. I asked for some work to be done on an engagement ring that I had bought online, as well as an evaluation for insurance purposes. I handed the ring over the counter to the main guy here (Warren, maybe) and told him I had purchased it from eBay. He took one look at the ring and claimed that the stones were all Cubic zirconias (not diamonds as I had thought). Then he briefly held his tester on it (without showing me the results) and said 'Yup, they're CZ's". I was pretty sure that wasn't the case as the place I had purchased it from had excellent reviews, so decided to go somewhere else to have the work done. I went to another jewelers and have had it evaluated and verified as all the stones being 100% legit diamonds. I can only speculate what was going on here, I was concerned the original stones might get replaced. It felt super sketchy. Glad I went somewhere else though
