::Very cheap place and you get what you pay for. Never had any issues with brow threading but would prefer if the place was more hygienic

::Not one to post a negative review as I believe if you don't have a good experience at an establishment don't go again, but the disrespect and treatment my wife received forced my hand. She didn't get seen to until at least 15 minutes in after already changing the time for them. The stylist kept jumping between her and another client, while also dealing with eyebrow walk ins. Obviously a great multitasker, but I thought the idea of paying for a service was to receive the service not an inbetween half assed job. When my wife said she didn't like the make up, the stylist told her to just let her do her job. Very true she is doing her job but completely ignoring what the customer is asking of and what the customer would prefer. After telling the stylist that she would do her own make up, she finished her hair quite aggressively. My wife really had to hold back the tears from the treatment she received, she is not someone who expects a lot and just wanted someone else to do her hair and make up for her wedding. What was something that was meant to alleviate stress became the most stressful part of the day. It's not a nice feeling having your face and makeup in the hands of someone else for such an important day and that person disregarding everything you say and not giving you the full attention. Quite surprised given the positive reviews of this place as well and can only hope this was a horrible blip of a day for them on what was a special day for us regardless.

::Stay away from this place if you plan to get your hair and makeup done. Unprofessionals and amateurs! They’re supposed to make your life/day easier and stress free but they became the main source of my stress on my big day! Came here to get my hair and make up done for my wedding. Didn’t get tended to 15mins into my appointment and the lady in charge of me keeps on doing errands in between- tending to other walk ins for eyebrow threading and to another customer who is also complaining about how her hair turned out. Horrible makeup done on me - patchy base, black rectangular eyebrows, and horrible eye makeup (unblended and big glitter) I tried to tell her that I don’t like it like that and she became snappy at me saying that I should let her do her job. One hour into my appointment barely anything got done!!! The products kept on falling off and she blamed it on me!!! By then I told her I’ll just do the makeup myself and she can do the hair. She got angry and was pulling on my hair quite aggressively. Luckily the hairstyle turned half decent. By this time I only got 15 minutes to change, get my face done and turn up at my wedding!!! I erased the makeup she put on and did a really simple one myself and luckily I managed with a few tears! Imagine the stress that they caused! On top of that I had to pay $80. Tbh i was just happy I got out of there!

::My visit to Kaya Hair and Beauty was an unparalleled experience. Not often do salons get everything right, but Kaya Hair and Beauty has ticked all the boxes! The attention to detail is phenomenal. The customer service experience is wonderful, and my stylist she went over and beyond my expectations. She was attentive, helpful, listened and really knows hair! And I absolutely love my hair style and the products I purchased. Wonderful experience, I cannot wait to come back! Thank you for having a salon that's so wonderful to come to and is so exceptional!
