  VERY clean, quaint, large rooms with plenty of seating and space. Kitchenette is a nice bonus. Perfect little hideaway for someone staying in Kerikeri for a few days.

  Best place to stay at. Its a perfect place for families or big groups. Theres huge backyard where u can have BBQ and enjoy the sun. The staff are really nice, definitely coming back again.

  On a work trip and what a beautiful beautiful place to stay. Warm welcome from reception, immaculately clean and tidy room and peaceful outlook. Would definitely recommend!

  Underwhelming for the price. Having no air conditioning or even fan in the room and unpainted patched holes in the wall detracted from the experience, the former meant that though we paid $230 for the night, I couldn't even sleep. I wouldn't stay here again. On the plus side, a great first impression of the buildings and grounds, lots of sky channels and a spa bath.
