  Elena Tautolo, Hair Stylist at Porirua Kess. Great Senior Hair Stylist, highly sought after. Consultation is to the point and worth the payment. Gives great advice as not to dye bleached hair and so on. Very happy with the service, very professional, very calm, very informative and every part of the process is explained before hand...unlike other services where they take the lead and before you know it your hair is orange, when you've asked for blonde.

  Kess Hair and Beauty, The Plaza, Plamerston North. They cut my partners hair. Absolutely butched it! Went for a hair cut not a shave off. Why pay $25 for something that I could of done for him at home?! Don't waste you time. Go next door to Rodney Wayne and get what you ask for rather than waste your time, money and lose all your hair. Terrible customer service. Hairdresser seemed to take her bad mood out on his hair and didn't listen to instructions. Horrible consultation. He said it very much seemed like a trial and error hair cut, completely resulting in error. DON'T TAKE THE RISK.

  I am a regular client for almost 6 years. Was very disappointed with haircut today. Will not go back again. Not worth to go there again. My hair is still falling out after 2 washes🙁not even worth a star!!😠
