  Very long wait at the drivethru because of short staff. They couldn't solve that problem for a long time on a weekend

  Were out of what I came for, the drive through line was at a stand still. 30mins is really unacceptable. When I received my order it looked as if they had used 3 seconds of my wait time to assemble it and left ingredients out. I had to park and return to the store on my crutches to collect my missing item, tho the manager was fast and friendly about it. Normally I'd give these guys a 4 but I was just as unimpressed as the others that I'd collected for that reluctantly paid me for there food they wouldn't have accepted had been there in person. That experience has definitely put me off returning to date. But they still do great chicken and I'll no doubt return sometime in the future.

  Horrible customer service. The lady with pink hair that was working had the worst attitude. We asked for extra forks for our chicken and she told us to eat with our hands or use the small red spoons . Our salad that we bought, we think was put in a cup that was reused because the expiry date was from last month. Definitely not going there again.

  Waited for ages (over half an hour) at the drive-thru, which is meant to be a quick alternative isn't it? Only one person doing all the tasks, poor thing. But the worst thing was, after our long wait, they told us they had no wicked wings :(

  Chicken was best I had there to date.. not too dry or greasy.. tables clean..staff polite.. enjoyed this visit..
