  Absolute rubbish. Spent 35mins in drive thru and no potato n gravy. Disappointed is an understatement

  Decent feed, we enjoyed our meals. Fast service and is reliable for quality.

  We did not enjoy KFC Rangiteki Line Palmerston North. The chips we cold. Chicken was tough. The bums were stale. Under staffed. Looked like they needed an older an wiser management. I will never go there again

  Went through their drive-through on Wednesday 27th December at 19:30. After waiting 15 minutes to make it to the ordering speaker, saw a notice that they had run out of fries. Waited a further 10 minutes, but no one answered the speaker to take my order. Eventually drove around to the cashier's window. Waited further 3-4 minutes before a rather vague and uninterested staff member confirmed they had indeed run out of fries. No apology or proper explanation for not taking my order at the speaker. In some ways I'm glad I never got to make an order, as the cleanliness of the cooking area that I could see looked disgusting, with boxes everywhere and dropped food lying on the floor. Advise AVOID at all costs. Poorly run franchise with what I suspect must be very low staff morale. Would have been nice to have seen a sign about the lack of fries BEFORE entering the drive-though and subsequently wasting 30 minutes of my time.

  Gotta love the chicken they sell at KFC. For fast food it's okay, burgers were greasy but tasted okay. Staff and service wasn't that great here though. Other fast food restaurants do a better job at this. They should clean more often too.
