::Got my order order wrong and because they got it wrong I was then charged extra and had to wait longer while my partners food was getting cold. Also I got mash and gravy and it was basically just mash. Also can't understand the manager as his English is terrible and he mumbles to himself. Also had to go make a 2nd complaint as my partner wanted no lettuce and extra sauce and it had lattuce and minimal sauce. Managers reaction was not professional at all. Not happy at all and seriously think kfc glenfield need to rethink who they placing as staff

::BEST kfc in town...no problems,only delicious food and pretty good service..bad points would be the cue moves really really slow and is always packed,if I don't order the meal they stuff it up regularly..but,all in all..My favourite KFC,just check your order before you leave.
