  Poor experience order was wrong asked for extra seasoning on our chips and got none at all and whist I was there I witnessed them ignoring another customers complaint blantintly in front of me

  There is an absolute top lad who works there on most evenings who is lovely and polite and you'll most likely know who I'm talking about if you've had him serve you before. Another really nice chick who's there who gave me extra chips just cos the wait was a bit long. But hey, as long as I get my chicken I'm happy. A lot of people reviewing here are quite up tight and it's quite obvious. It's kfc mate, not bloody Nobu.

  Good service depending on who you get. Usually pretty good food, however there isnt any true consistency. Few little tweaks from management could easily change this.
