  Clayton Wi Hongi as an incompetent manager likes to throw receipts and have meltdowns when customers simply state staff errors/mistakes. He should have nothing to do with front line service, let alone being a manager, i am surprised how or who made him a management material. I am sure there are many deserving individuals out there who'd do the job way better without looking depressed/angry and simply uninterested! People like these, contribute & and help escalate violence and arguments holding everyone one up at drive through. KFC NZ, This guy is a libility and NOT an asset for the Whangarei branch.

  My Least liked KFC in NZ, chips never seasoned, so bland along with the rudest service from the staff handing our food to us - no acknowledgement or eye contact just passed the bag! Whangarei KFC is such a disappointed! Love KFC but from here it's such a let down

  It's soggy, it's low quality, and it's not even cheap. that's KFC for ya, love it or hate it, it's the same as any other of the stores.
