::Design & planning was great. Product quality was not so great (doors/cabinets don't line up, loose bench top, poor laminate finish with very obvious jointing seam, back of pantry cabinet loose, chips, wrong draws, scratched floors - the list goes on) & definitely very disappointing when it comes to resolving the poor quality cabinets & installation. Owners of this business also owned Criterion Group (now in liquidations, owing several million dollars). Exercise caution & ensure you shop around at the other kitchen companies & talk to your plumber before signing, as we do not recommend Kitchen house (who are actually CGKH Limited - appears to be an acronym for Criterion Group Kitchen House.
