  Arrived late at night from airport so didn’t get to check the room beforehand. Arrived and I said I need a clean room just for the night and a shower in the morning. The room smelled stale like it had been locked up too long. I was told if the shower doesn’t get hot, turn it off and wait 10 more minutes. This is what happened in the morning as it was cold. I wait 10 minutes then 30 and still cold. So I left and went to the reception and the older guy working there prentened he didn’t understand me. He refused to give a small discount for the inconvenience, so I left. He called me later to say that someone had turned off the heating by mistake. I’m sure they called because I said I will give you a bad review. Stay away from here.

  It's not luxurious and it isn't the most private and exclusive place but it's enough to kinda get you by. Space for parking isn't quite luxurious and spacious either but if you're looking for somewhere to 'get the job done' kinda deal, then it's perfect. Wifi is not included in the package though so either have heaps of data or pay everyday for a data cap.

  This place is disgusting and the fact that it is getting paid huge amounts of government funded money is beyond me the rooms stink of cigarettes the bedding is filthy there is rubbish everywhere, it's completely unsafe for single mums with children I was sent here as emergency accommodation nearly 2000 for a week and a bit on squalor!!!broken door locks racist owners and terrible atmosphere I can't believe winz is putting vulnerable women in these places!!!!!!!!I didnt stay id rather sleep on my sisters couch and wait for a home how appalling!!!P.s your hot water cupboards stink like urine sort it out!!!!!!!WINZ YOU NEED TO STOP PAYING THESE CRIMINALS AND GET SOMETHING ELSE SORTED FOR US.
