  I needed to source tiles for a new kitchen area in our home. I have found KR Flooring amazing right from helping me source the tiles through to installation. Firstly, I was struggling to find someone who could provide me tiles in the time frame I required plus a tile that would look amazing. Within 24 hours of talking to John Cranston he had couriered me a selection of tiles that were available in the colour/look I was after. I picked one of these and then ordered/paid for these over the phone. He then stored the tiles for me until I was ready to lay them. His recommended installer has also been amazing. I booked him in advance over multiple days and he arrived on time and did a very professional job of laying our tiles. After going through a renovation over the past year I like to recommend those providers who have provided exceptional customer service as I know that this really does make a difference to your experience. I would not hesitate to recommend KR Flooring for your flooring needs.

  We had these guys lay panel flooring in our kitchen and bathroom. It was the job was the worst I've ever seen. Extremely poor chalking that even a child could do better. No pride at all in their work and they even left a sharp razor blade in the middle of the doorway. I've kept photos to show. Would never ever use them again.

  My mother wanted to lay down carpet in our garage. We ordered some free samples from KR Flooring who delivered the samples very quickly. We loved the style and quality of the samples, and that we were able to have an idea of how it would look with the walls.
