  Had a terrible experience here with my partner. The older kiwi woman barked orders at us throughout the blood test. When we wanted to do the urine test first because my gf was despite to go to the toilet, the woman shoved the plastic tube at my partner with no instructions at all. During this the plastic tube fell on the ground. At the end when we were leaving the woman said "your welcome" loudly because we didn't say thank you. There was no way i was saying thank you for that service and to be honest i was shocked. This is not the kind of service you expect to see in New Zealand. If this woman hates her job so much then she should find another one because the experience here was terrible. I have had good experiences here in the past with a nice Indian woman and Pacific woman however the old kiwi lady is horrible.

  Extremely rude staff. First time visiting a labtests, approached the front desk and asked what to do was basically told I couldn’t read. Avoid at all costs.
