  Well done. My wife went with the kids today as our 1 and half year old boy was quite uncomfortable from last few days. We waited for few days so he might get better but then we decided to go to dr.as here always doctors says if you have any doubt please visit the doctors specially with kids She went to see dr.at lakes prime care and doctor Anne Dipley was on duty that time. My wife explained doctor how we feel about him and after hearing her answer she was shocked. Because first time she saw very careless doctor in whole newzealand. She said straight away on my wifes face that you are here to waiste my time and yours time. This is not how doctors work here. Normally they are pretty caring. I normally not write it down but there was no other way that they trying to listen to anyone.

  Visited this location to refill a current script that had been written in Australia -- obviously another script needed to be written in NZ to be filled. The lovely woman at the desk told me the cost would be $64.50 which was quite reasonable. After a 2 hour wait, the doctor called me in and asked "Do you mind if I document this as a medical consultation?". I asked what the difference was and he replied, "the price is really the only difference." To which I replied no. I'm not sure why I would pay double the price to receive the same treatment -- moreover, I was clear that I only needed a script for the same medication that was documented on the current AU script that was shown to him upon arriving. Sounds like they're trying to take advantage of non-residents who have to pay out of pocket. It did not leave a good taste in my mouth. I was extremely perturbed by the way the doctor handled this after a 2 hour wait. Our chat took about 90 seconds and I was out the door. The people at the pharmacy were lovely and helpful though!

  Awesome service, especially given it was the( 31/12/17) at 3pm. The cost was cheaper than the regular GP I go to in Auckland as an enrolled patient. Very impressed.

  This is a after hours doctors and chemist we have been here a few times with our baby and had great service
