  Had Scott from laser plumbing Ruakaka come in the other day to replace hotwater cylinder in my house. He went above an beyond to keep me updated and completed a very professional job. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again Laser Plumbing Ruakaka

  Worst customer service, I m from spice route called in morning at 9:30 to fix our broken tap and they told me that someone will be there late afternoon and at 2:30 I asked if someone is coming or not and then they said we are very busy so we will do it tomorrow. How can you do this? You guys are not man of your words, so please don't give any commitments to customers. You took almost whole working day and didn't even telling us that we can't make it today . Not trust worthy so don't call them.
