  Machine smelt musty and facility in need of good clean, floors filthy, grit and grime everywhere makes me wonder if machines/filters are maintained at all. Washing clean

  Selected warm wash cycle - cycle was not warm. 15 minutes is also very short for what you are paying. Dryers did not adequately dry clothes in the promised amount of cycles, even after 1 extra cycle clothes were still not dry.
