  Don’t stand behind product. Sales rep led me to believe that it was more durable. When it broke the couldn’t even repair it at my cost, let alone warranty.... won’t buy from here again.

  I've never been to this shop but just rang for some advice and the girl on the phone was just rude, so I'll not be going in at all now.

  Having a shocking experience with this company.took old bulb in to match up on sat. Electrician came Monday morning and didn't fit so put my old one back in. I returned on Monday afternoon to return the new ones to be told they would call me. Called on Tuesday. Again on Wednesday to find they will not give me .a refund. When I purchased them there was no discussion of no refund policy.

  Good. I bought several lights. I encountered helpful staff who knew what they were talking about & consulted their technical guy when I asked more. My daughter loved her remote-controlled colour-changing dimming light for her bedroom. I had one light fail & they replaced it without issue as soon as stock arrived. These things could be cheaper, but I have no complaints at all about the staff or service.
