  Way too hot during summer. Otherwise. Great place with an array of equipment. Great staff too.

  Love this gym, great range of classes and gym equipment, as well as a ladies only gym which is often quieter. Good changing rooms, great showers and a sauna. And the instructors and staff on front desk are always friendly and helpful. Only small downside is parking when it's busy but there is so free street parking nearby or paid parking closer.

  Probably the best gym in Christchurch. huge amount of classes including body pump and spin. Something for everyone. Staff are amazing and really helpful.

  There is normal gym for workout with machines and what not. Then there are group work outs of all types that you can just follow without prior preparation. Their website gives the timings and each group work out is repeated at least twice per day with different trainers and sometimes with a virtual work out. They are quiet intense. The CX and the Bodypump is what I know of. Some sessions need a further subscription. Fees are paid monthly and each person pays a joining fee too.
