  Jst visiting.. quite expensive for a casual.. I think I prefer running outdoors.

  Attend gym very regularly. I am 70+ and have never felt so better. I attend a lot of different classes to get different benefits. Very helpful and qualified gym class instructors that get you motivated. Stretch area bit cramped, and you need to consider other members.

  Great bunch of people. Great facilities. I feel healthier just walking in the door.
