  The dispensary and service staff are excellent. The beauty department however leave a lot to be desired. In the four times I have been in to purchase or needed help with cosmetics I have been ignored while they carry on a conversation amongst themselves. I will not be frequenting this part of the pharmacy again

  I took a very excited but equally nervous Miss 6 in to Life Pharmacy Chartwell to have her ears pierced today. Kacey who served us and pierced our ears was AMAZING! I highly recommend her if you are looking for somewhere to take your child to have their ears pierced. She was so patient and gentle. Her technique - not only with the equipment, but also with a young child - was 5 star. Thanks so much!

  Racist/Snobby. Came in to buy chest syrup and Vicks for my two boys who are sick. Was served by a lady Christine who seemed lovely and was talking and informative to the lady before me. Which I thought was great as I wanted to make sure I got the right stuff. However, as soon as I got to the counter, very short and low tone "Hi".. And would not look at me at all, I then said thank you loudly and in a nice friendly tone as I always do, to no reply and she completely turned around (no eye contact). Not happy would not come back here again.

  Friendly staff but not as big a choice as Radius Phrmacy Rototuna.

  Helpful staff and clean shop
