  Not a coin operated system...you have to buy a card then load money on... no refunds on unused portions of money

  Would throw the smart key into the ocean but will have to settle with the lake instead. Find parking in Queenstown and wash your clothes there instead.

  Terrible experience. Would give 0 stars if I could. Machine instructions extremely unclear & key: inconvenient. Machine locked & we were left with two dirty clothes bags and a day ruined.

  Spotless and the "smart key" is available two shops around the corner. Very well lit. Machines work well. $4 to wash an 8kg load and $3 to dry the load. Will be back. You do need to come to load your key during pharmacy hours (8am to 6pm) but the laundry is open 7am to 10pm. Would be better if they directly took cards which wouldn't be hard.
