  We love them that's why we now own our 2nd Lockwood home. With the exterior walls insulated underfloor insulation and Hi End upgraded double glazing from The Double Glazing Company our house warms easily. Now with low maintenance these homes last for years and have become part of New Zealand's heritage. Now after 8mths and our 1st winter we're loving it. Reduced power bills saving average $60.00 per mth. Fibre for phone computers and TV saving $20.00 per mth. Everything is laid out for easy maintenance and with views of Mts Tauhara Ruapehu Ngaruhoe Tongariro and the Lake Taupo we are loving it. The garage extension To the house was built by Kevin Caird of THREE GENERATION BUILDERS TAUPO
