  Having just finished the 6 week foundation course I would happily recommend Loka Yoga. Super welcoming and supportive.... Sharon provides everything... just turn up... no need to spend a fortune on stuff ... and no pressure to look like an Instagram photo... classes are relaxed and I never felt like I was left wondering what on earth I was doing... I look forward to many more classes

  I love going to Lokayoga. The class is down to earth with simple step by step instructions in a calm and relaxing environment. I leave the class feeling energised and strong and looking forward to my next visit. I am so glad that Sharon came to Whangarei.
