::I feel like aspects of the initial customer service could use improvement, but were overall satisfactory. The good food and atmosphere you come to Lone Star for was plentiful. Would recommend.

::Dinner with our children ages 5 & 8yrs. The staff are accommodating, helpful and friendly. The food was a good proportion and flavour was good without being great, but definitely excellent service and price for what I expect. The kids menu has a good variety and my kids ate most of their meal, servings for kids is a good amount. This place has plenty of seating and it's a nice relaxed atmosphere which is good for larger groups as well as intimate couples.

::Staff were welcoming and helpful. Ordered a takeaway meal which was quick and well packaged and tasted good. Enjoyed a mulled wine while I waited 🍷
